$249 / month
For providers preparing client companies regularly.
Start five new company cases per monthly billing period, with the same core features included.
Equivalent to $49.80 per case when all five cases are used.
One case brings together the information, documents and preparation work for one client legal entity undergoing bank or EMI onboarding.
It is not a charge per uploaded document, generated file or bank application. Both plans include the same core case-preparation features.
Complete the company questionnaire and upload supporting documents for the company, its owners, directors and business activities. Add missing information and replace outdated documents as preparation progresses.
Extract relevant information from supported documents and organize it into a structured company profile, bringing together the details needed for onboarding preparation.
Identify missing information, document gaps and inconsistencies that need attention. Update the case and reassess its readiness as you address those issues.
Generate the supporting document types available in OnboardOS using the information in your case. Review and revise these materials as the company information or application requirements are clarified. Available documents depend on the case and the information provided.
Bring together the selected supporting documents and prepared materials for export and submission by your team. Update the package when further information becomes available.

A case covers one onboarding project, not just the first version of its documents.
The project begins with the initial preparation of the company’s information and materials. It also includes subsequent work on the applications being pursued as part of that project: adding evidence, correcting information, addressing missing items and updating supporting materials following bank or EMI requests.
For example, uploading a new bank statement, correcting an ownership detail or revising a business description for the same ongoing application does not, by itself, create a new case.
Downloading a package does not end the case. Moving into another monthly billing period does not turn the same ongoing work into a new case.
You may use the same company case to prepare materials for more than one bank or EMI within the same onboarding project.
Preparing materials for a second institution, receiving a rejection from one institution or opening one account while other applications are still ongoing does not, by itself, require another case.
OnboardOS provides the preparation tools. Your team selects the institutions, reviews their requirements, submits the applications and handles the correspondence.
A separate case is required for another client legal entity, even when it has the same owners or belongs to the same corporate group.
For the same legal entity, a new case is required when you begin a separate onboarding project after the previous project has been completed or discontinued. Completion means you have confirmed that no further preparation or follow-up is required for the applications pursued under that project.
For example, finishing a company’s initial account-opening project and later returning to prepare a separate new account application is a new project. Adding a document requested during an ongoing application is not.
The Monthly plan includes five new case starts per monthly billing period. This is an allowance for starting new cases, not a limit of five cases open at once.
Continuing work on an existing case in another billing period does not, by itself, use a new case. The active preparation period and other access conditions will be specified before paid plans become available.
OnboardOS is a self-service preparation product, not a managed account-opening service. Product support does not include having our team prepare or review the client’s case on your behalf.
Generated materials do not replace official company records, identity documents, bank statements or other evidence that must come from the appropriate source. Your team remains responsible for supplying accurate information and reviewing the materials before submission.
Bank or EMI approval is not guaranteed.
Paid plans are not yet available. The active preparation period and any document or processing allowances will be displayed here before purchases open. These plans should not be understood as unlimited processing or indefinite active preparation.
All prices are in USD. These are planned launch prices. Full purchase, usage and subscription terms will be available before paid plans open for purchase.

No. The allowance covers five new case starts per monthly billing period, not five cases open at once. Continuing the same ongoing project in another billing period does not, by itself, use a new case. The active preparation period and other access conditions will be specified before paid plans become available.
Yes, within the same onboarding project for one client legal entity. Adding evidence, correcting information and updating materials following bank or EMI requests does not, by itself, create a new case. The same case can support several bank or EMI applications within that project. Another legal entity, or a separate project after the previous project has been completed or discontinued, requires a new case.
Full purchase, usage and subscription terms will be available before paid plans open for purchase. No payment methods, cancellation rules or refund policy are specified here yet.
